It's as if the book was describing my life. I want to stand on top of the tallest building I can find and yell at the world: I TOLD YOU SO! Dr. May's first book (Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat) started the change in my life to be in charge of my food. Ms. Anderson's work is going to help me be in charge of my life. The work they are both doing in this area is so vitally important for helping the millions of people who struggle with binge eating. I've come a long way in the past three years on my own, but the techniques presented in this book are what I need to help me work through the rest of my challenges. Thank you both, from the bottom of my soul!
